This is the perfect space for families, couples, small groups, work retreats, and special events (event fees apply). Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Other Details to Note
Other Important House Rules Strict no tampering with pool equipment and controls. Spa heater needs to be coordinated for safety and pool system protection. Heated spa is restricted to 30 minutes (does not include 15-20 minutes to heat up). No glassware around pool area. Guest will be responsible to pay for professional services to drain and clean pool. No parking on sensitive septic field located right of garage driveway (when facing the garage). Turn off fireplace when not in use.
